No one is safe from the acid brush of Pat Oliphant. OLIPHANT is acknowledged as the nation's most influential political cartoonist. A master of what he calls "confrontational art," OLIPHANT spares neither the liberal nor conservative, sinner nor saint.

The little fellow commenting from the sidelines is named Punk. He can ususally be found near the bottom corner of a cartoon. He does not appear in the Recurring Characters box, but you can search for him using the keyword search.
